DSGP Design Home Improvements has been involved in the Construction Industry since 2007. The company has gone through a transition and are now operating under Molose Projects.

Despite the change of name, the company continues to be led by the same executive leaders and staff members.
Since the inception of the companies, it has matured into successful and dependable construction businesses with experience in all types of construction projects.

As Molose Projects, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and the timeous completion of projects. We have highly motivated and competent foreman and project managers on site at all times. We also have an extremely resourceful team of labourers capable of implementing our work to the highest of standards in order to satisfy the expectations of our clients.

A BRIEF HISTORY

The companies grew in their specialized fields of engineering, architecture and building construction over a period of 10 years. With looming opportunities, the decision was made to join forces and enter a new era of business.

Dewan Stadler

Architecture/Project Manager

Dewan Stadler is a skilled professional with a decade of experience in architectural design, project management, and computer-aided drafting. Dewan leads construction projects with a meticulous approach to budget, specification, and timeline. He has successfully managed and supervised various projects, including the design and detailing of residential and municipal buildings, road and stormwater infrastructure, as well as custom builds like a BMX track and retaining wall structures.

Dewan has previously, served as a Draughtsman at Ilifa Africa Engineers, where he executed CAD designs for diverse projects, supporting team members to deliver high-quality engineering drawings on time. Dewan Stalder holds a B.Arch. Architecture from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by additional certifications in Excel and drafting software.

Gustav Pfeli

Civil Engineer

Gustav Pfeli is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management, civil and construction works for large-scale projects. He has a background in Civil Engineering from University of Pretoria and has spent 15 years in managing multimillion-rand projects in various provinces within South Africa.

Gustav has overseen the construction of 300 low-cost homes in North West, leading to doing civil works in the Exxaro Mine’s Madupi Expansion Project. Gustav worked as resident engineer at Ilifa Africa Engineers and a Civil Engineer at Aveng Grinaker-LTA.

Tefo Marema

Business Manager

Tefo Marema is a dynamic and motivated Project Manager and Director with a background in risk management and hands-on experience in managing and directing business operations. Skilled in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership with a proven ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
